Every dear customer, Hersoutlet pursues only and all the time is your satisfaction, you are satisfied with the products, our service, and so on. So if there is anything you are not happy with before your next buy, please feel free to let us help you, we are professional and your personal service. Refund arrival time: It is determined by the bank, about 1-3 working days, if you do not receive the refund in time, please contact the issuing bank.

Here are the situations that may cause disputes:

How long is the return window?

We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30-day time frame. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Customized products and virtual products (e.g. gift cards) cannot be returned.

Note: If there is a specific policy applied to a specific product, then please follow that specific policy.

It is recommended that you open and inspect the packaging after receiving the order. Please try them as soon as possible instead of washing them and removing the labels.

How to start a return and exchange?

Step 1: Contact us via Online Chat or Email to start your return.

Step 2: Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch and provide return instructions and refund options.

Step 3: You'll need to ship your item(s) to the return address that the customer service provided, then share the shipment tracking information with us.

Step 4: That's it Once we receive your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.

Are there any return fees:

If it is not a quality problem, we are not responsible for the cost of return/exchange.

The original shipping fee is not refundable.

You are responsible for the cost of return/exchange.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight.The specific cost should be based on the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, and for this reason, we will bear the shipping cost.

Important:

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.

When customers return or exchange items, they must use a traceable shipping service.

Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items, otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gifts can be substituted for the middle set.

Your refund credit will be automatically replaced with the original payment method within 3 working days after receipt and inspection of the return.

For any defective, damaged or missing items, we will refund the full amount.

The following circumstances:

Delivery on the way:

<1> Parcel seized by customs: It is the buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

<2> Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If the status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local delivery to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery:

<1> If the parcel isn't delivered successfully because of the wrong address offered by the buyer. We won't take response for any loss caused

<2> If the parcel is sent to the wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund. Item not as described: You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 30 days if you are not satisfied with the item.

Return: Refund

<1> For no reason. If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 30 days once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number return entitled: Hersoutlet.com, we will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee.

<2> For quality problem. Please send us an email with your order number if the item you received has any quality problems. such as wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, and then offer you some solutions.

Order Cancelling

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

<1> If contact us within 24 hours after your payment is finished, we won't charge the transaction fee.

<2> If you contact us 24 hours after your purchase, and meanwhile your order hasn't been shipped out (during the holiday it may happen), then 5% of the order total will be charged as a transaction and handling fee.

Note: If you ask to exchange or cancel your order, you shall first contact us by service email: Hersoutlet.com.We will not provide any exchange, return, or refund service on returned hair extensions without our permission, and customers will afford all loss

Kindly reminder:

If you want to return it within 30 days, please keep the item in original condition, and factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Items that have been used or washed are not allowed to return any more.

Quick Phone Exchange:

To save you time, we have our Quick Exchange Service. If you find that an item you ordered isn't just right and need a replacement in a different size or color, all you need to do is call us at  (562-360-3610). We'll quickly place an exchange order, charging your preferred credit card but waiving your standard ground shipping fees. In addition, we'll help you make your return to our Online Store.

Additionally, if you received the item as a gift, please return it together with the original order to qualify for a full product refund. This ensures that we can process your return accurately and efficiently.

Customized items or engraved items.

Returns received in damaged/worn condition.

Returns are received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.

Items eligible for store credit only:

Returns received between 31 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) may still be accepted, but please note that a shipping fee deduction may apply for late returns. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent timely returns, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, to cover the costs associated with processing late returns, a deduction for shipping fees may be applied.

How do I return an item received as a gift?

If you've received a Hersoutlet order as a gift and need to make a return, we're here to assist you! We understand that sometimes preferences differ, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Hersoutlet experience.

You can return the item(s) and receive a Hersoutlet store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account.
